Refund policy

    Refunds go to your balance

    All refunds return to your SMMSupport balance, and the balance cannot be withdrawn.

    Cancellations

    Cancel an order before it starts in your order list and the full amount returns. Started orders cannot be cancelled.

    Partial orders

    Orders that are only partly delivered are refunded to your balance for the undelivered quantity.

  4. 4

    Refills

    The 60 and 180 day refill tiers top up dropped counts within that period. Dropped counts on the Value tier are not refunded.

  5. 5

    No refund

    Counts that cannot be delivered because of a wrong link, a private account, or a username or link change during the order are not refunded.
