SMM panel API v2

The SMMSupport API uses the v2 format common to SMM panels. Every request is a POST to one endpoint, and the action value says what to do.

POSTaddAdd order

Send a service ID, link and quantity; the charge comes off your balance and an order code comes back.

Request a refill for a completed or partial refill tier order within its period.
