SMM 平台 API v2
SMMSupport API 採用 SMM 平台常見的 v2 格式。所有請求都以 POST 傳送到同一個端點，由 action 值決定要執行的操作。

所有服務的編號、名稱、分類、每 1K 價格、最少與最多數量，以及是否可補量。
