SMM Panel API v2
SMMSupport API 採用 SMM Panel 常用的 v2 格式。所有請求都以 POST 傳送至同一端點，並以 action 值指定操作。

- 每個金鑰每分鐘 300 次請求
操作
POSTservices服務清單
每項服務的編號、名稱、分類、每 1K 價格、最少及最多數量，以及是否設有補量。
